I work with the Chaos Killers as our Director of Operations and with our clients as an Operations Director, Project Manager, and Consultant. I live in the Chicago suburbs with my two daughters. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and a Master’s degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.
I took a break from corporate America when my first daughter was born. Now I apply my unique skill set of managing chaos in all forms to my work at BTC. In my free time, I enjoy adventures with my kids, spending time with family, and playing tennis.

I have served all types of businesses from startups to agencies. My focus on systems, processes and software has helped clients generate growth and plan for scalability, while finding work / life balance.
I live in Arizona, am a recent empty nester, and LOVE college sports – especially football and basketball.
Maria Jaramillo

Partnership
Colombian born and raised, citizens of the world made! I have lived in Australia, Hawaii, Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, on a sailboat, and on the go. I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years and still practice the sport. Also, I am building a clay straw home with my own hands!
I am a professional who is highly disciplined and proactive with a keen analytical mindset. Traveling around the world and working in varied industries has made me very adaptable to dynamic environments and allows me to bring a resourceful approach to every task. I thrive on challenges and love to problem-solve and figure things out. I am a strong communicator with experience in customer service and committed to delivering excellence in all endeavors.
